How to Organize Mail With Color in Outlook 2010

The quick pane Organize mail is gone in Outlook 2010. You can still have your mail organized by color, now called Conditional Formating, by going View tab > View Settings > Conditional Formating. You will have to make the coloring rules yourself.

Apparently the quick pane lead to confusion when changing views since people didn't realize it was a view setting. This should be more obvious now, although not as easy.
